Hi,
When the Jumo 004B-1 engine went into production in 1943, it was plagued with vibration problems that were not solved until early 1944. And even then, its service life only averaged about 10 hours. According to Alfred Price, it was not until August of 1944 that running time increased to 20-25 hours.
Does anyone know what changes were made to the Jumo 004B-1 engine Which Increased its service life?
I did not find the right solution from the internet.
